Xina Eiland, President and CEO of X+PR, is a visionary leader and recognized authority in multicultural communications, digital media and event planning. Xina brings a wealth of experience to clients, helping them effectively connect with diverse and hard to reach populations. Her dedication and tenacity, complemented by energy and drive, have earned her a well-deserved reputation as an innovator who gets the best results. She is known for taking on projects that tackle diversity and inclusion issues and that help reach the disenfranchised and underserved.

In partnership with the Women in Tech Campaign, Xina launched UNMUTE, a program that arms the workforce with the tools to initiate, navigate, and hold productive conversations around systemic racism, both inside and outside of the organization. Together, Xina and her co-founder have curated a robust community of over 500 people, mostly women in tech in 13+ countries, and partnered with innovators like Google, Esty, AOL, and more.


Xina is also the co-host of Get Found Get Funded, a podcast about creating visibility, paths for growth and opportunity for entrepreneurs. Because of her work in the tech and startup space, she is also a founding board member of BEACON, a Washington, D.C. initiative to make the nation's capital the number one ecosystem for women entrepreneurs.

Xina began her career working on public health campaigns, where she played a vital role in developing and launching a national health campaign entitled “A Healthy Baby Begins with You.” The initiative, sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services, was designed to raise awareness about infant mortality in the Black community. 

Xina has her Masters in Health Administration and Bachelors in Communications, both from the University of Michigan. She is also a Georgetown University Medical Center Fellow following her master's program at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. She was also selected as a Shea Moisture Dartmouth Tuck Business School Fellow in 2018 by Sundial Brands, after a competitive application process.

In her spare time, Xina is an avid biker and enjoys traveling and experiencing new places.
